1. Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, please allow 5 – 7 business days for us to process and produce your item(s). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

⚠️ Note: Production time may vary slightly during high-demand periods or promotional events.

2. Shipping Time

After production, shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • USA: 7–15 business days

    • Canada, UK, Australia, Europe: 10–15 business days

    • Other countries: 10–25 business days

  • Express Shipping (Available at Checkout):

    • Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days worldwide

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and local postal service performance.

Tracking Your Order

When we start processing your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or via the tracking link in the email.

If you haven’t received tracking details after 7 business days from placing your order, feel free to contact us at help@fanfitted.com.

Shipping Fees

We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (as specified during checkout)

  • A flat-rate shipping fee for orders under the free-shipping threshold

All fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
