Thank you for shopping with FanFitted. We aim to provide top-quality custom products and exceptional service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Policy
Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item you receive is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item showing the issue
Once we verify the problem, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
2. Refund Policy
We only issue refunds in the following cases:

The item was damaged or defective upon arrival

You received the wrong product

Your order was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier
If your case qualifies, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
We do not offer refunds for:

Customer error (e.g., wrong size, color, or design chosen)

Change of mind after the order is placed

Orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping info provided by the customer
3. Order Cancellation
Once your order has been submitted, it is immediately sent into production. For that reason, we cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours from the time you place your order.
4. Shipping Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. FanFitted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
At FanFitted, we take pride in ensuring product quality and order accuracy. However, on rare occasions, you may receive an item that is damaged, printed poorly, or not what you ordered. If that happens, we’re committed to making it right with a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item(s).

Our support team will review your case and promptly arrange a reprint or refund.
Please Note:

We use all-over printing on 100% polyester materials. As a result, we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the material itself.

Every product listing includes a size chart. Please review it carefully before ordering, as we do not offer refunds or replacements for size selection errors.
